About this Glacier Bay 3470

English

The Glacier Bay 3470 is a versatile power cat designed for extended cruising, offshore fishing, and diving expeditions. Carpe Ahora is well-equipped to handle various climates, thanks to its hardtop, windshield, soft enclosure, and A/C in the cockpit.

The pilothouse features an L-shaped lounge with a teak table that comfortably seats 4-6 people, along with a deluxe swivel helm seat. Below deck, the boat maximizes space with two staterooms. The master stateroom to port features a queen berth with ample storage underneath, while the starboard stateroom flows from a navigation area to an almost-queen-sized berth. The large head and shower are on the port side, while the starboard side features a complete galley, including a double-wide refrigerator. Both hulls offer plenty of storage.

What sets this boat apart is its exceptional ride. The twin displacement hull smoothly cuts through waves for a calm and predictable ride, even in rough seas. The boat is highly stable, making it ideal for offshore fishing or anchoring in your favorite spot. Additionally, the large aft swim platform between the outboards allows for easy access to the water, as well as the ability to load a small inflatable during transits.

Carpe Ahora has been professionally managed here in Tortola and benefits from many upgrades and on going preventative maintenance. ....She shows exceptional well!

Overall, the Glacier Bay 3470 offers a winning combination of roominess, ride quality, functionality, safety, and fit and finish - truly a great boat.
