The bilge keel Westerly Regatta 290 is one of the last models built by Westerly, a company renowned for building high quality cruising yachts with generous accommodation. The Regatta 290 most certainly does not disappoint on either of these counts, with two large double cabins and a spacious saloon. The Ed Dubois designed hull provides surefooted handling with good performance.
This particular Westerly Regatta 290 has the huge benefit of a 2017 Volvo D1-20 horsepower engine, 2017 standing rigging, 2018 headlining, and is equipped with a 2023 Raymarine Element chartplotter, 2023 Icom VHF radio, AIS, and hot and cold running water.

Owner's Comments
Adeux is great to cruise with one or two pals, yet she is easily handled when I am on my own.
We have cruised to Honfleur, St Malo and the French rivers. Along the south coast we have been to Chichester, the West Country and the Isles of Scilly. I have crossed the channel many times single handed.
Adeux is great for anchoring in Poole, the Jurassic Coast and the Solent. The saledrive and bilge keels help provide great manoeuvrability and she is easy to handle when berthing.
I am selling as I am now 82 years old, it's time to move on.
1) I have a comprehensive list of manufacturers books, including for the engine, instruments, chart plotter, radio, dinghy and cooker.
2) I have the original Builder's Certificate plus confirmation of VAT paid
3) I will leave 3 x modern lifejackets and lifelines
4) My list of guidelines for operating the boat
5) Tool box
6) Charts
7) Cutlery, crockery and utensils
