This 2017 NauticStar 215 XTS is a versatile 21′-long (21′2″) center-console bay boat designed to perform equally well in both freshwater and saltwater fishing environments. With a 98″ beam, its hull offers a stable platform for anglers, yet remains agile enough to navigate tight, shallow waters.
Built from fiberglass using wood-free construction and reinforced with a vinyl ester barrier coat, it's rugged and low maintenance.
Powering the 215 XTS is a Yamaha 200 outboard, giving it performance off the plane and into fishing zones.
The boat's layout is very angler-friendly. It features three-across jump seats, two aerated livewells (one in-console and one aft), a bow insulated fish box, and built-in tackle storage. There are also 20 rod holders throughout, including vertical and horizontal mounts, making gear organization intuitive.
The console is thoughtfully designed with a removable curved windscreen, stainless-steel grab rail, power knob steering wheel, and a leaning post with a large Igloo cooler underneath.
For navigation and electronics, this boat comes equipped with a Simrad GPS, a depth finder, and a Minn Kota i-Pilot trolling motor.
On the utility side, the hull includes self-bailing, molded non-skid surfaces, under-seat storage, and casting decks for comfortable, safe movement.
Performance-wise, the 215 XTS offers a shallow draft and a deadrise at the transom, creates striking a balance between stability and smooth ride.
The fuel capacity is generous for its size, affording decent range for both fishing trips and pleasure cruising. It's well-suited for family outings as much as serious fishing excursions.
