This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 469 was supplied new in 2014 and has only had two experienced private owners since. She benefits from being the performance version meaning she has excellent sails and upgraded deck gear. Accommodation
Spacious saloon area with seating around a large table offset to port. Two moveable stool / chair units are used to sit on the inboard side of the saloon table. To port are two seats divided by a small table which makes an excellent chart table. This table can be lowered to create a single berth. The saloon is very bright with deck hatches, coachroof windows and hull portholes with blinds and curtains throughout. Flat screen TV to forward bulkhead. Multifunction AM/FM/CD/DVD player with Bose sound system and saloon and cockpit speakers.
The galley is well equipped with three burner Eno gas stove with oven and grill, 240v Sharp microwave, double stainless steel sinks with covers, hot and cold water system, many cupboards, lockers and drawers give good storage for utensils and vitals and there are fridge and freezer compartments.
In the forward cabin is a large centreline double which is full width for it's entire length. Many cupboards, lockers and drawers for storage of personal gear. 12 volt and 240 volt outlets. Light and spacious feeling from deck hatches and long hull windows, along with good 12 volt lighting for hours of darkness. Vanity / dressing table unit with mirror and stool. Full length mirror. En suite heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet, wash basin, shower with hot and cold pressurised water.
Aft of the saloon is the second heads compartment. This has a Jabsco marine toilet, a shower with folding compartment, wash basin and has hot and cold pressurised water. There is an 85 litre holding tank with gravity evacuation to sea or pumped through a deck fitting.
There are two aft cabins both with large double berths, a number of lockers and cupboards for storage. 12 volt and 240 volt outlets.
Lighting throughout the accommodation is low voltage LED. Warm blown air Webasto heating system - ducted to all cabins and heads.
Mechanical Systems
Yanmar 4JH5-CE 54hp diesel engine with sail drive. Three-blade Bruntons Autoprop propeller. The engine has been serviced annually and records are available. Last serviced July 2025.
Quick tunnel bow thruster.
Electrical Systems
There are five domestic batteries each of 115 Amp Hour capacity (new 2024) and one further similar battery dedicated to engine start functions. There is a further bank of batteries dedicated to the bow thruster. Charge is delivered to these batteries from a 125 Amp engine driven alternator. Alternative charging options are from the battery charger when connected to shore power or from the deck mounted solar panels. The solar panel system has a charge monitor with Bluetooth connectivity to mobile devices and will show current and historic charge / discharge events. The shore power systems are all 240 volt and include socket outlets in each cabin, an immersion water heater and the battery charger system.
Sails and Spars
Fractionally rigged sloop. Double spreader deck stepped aluminium mast and boom by Z-Spars. Spinnaker pole stowed vertically on mast. Rigid boom vang. Discontinuous Dyform stainless steel standing rigging (new 2024). Dyneema main and genoa halyards. Terylene running rigging. Hydraulic backstay tensioner. Genoas are hoisted on a Facnor roller reefing system. 2:1 purchase spinnaker halyard. Reinforced tack point for asymmetrical spinnaker. Coachroof and sidedeck mounted genoa sheet tracks and cars - all adjustable from the cockpit. All lines led aft to cockpit are hidden below deck. Two Harken ST46.2 self-tailing halyard winches - the port one is electric. Spinlock clutches mounted in front of these handle all control lines. Two Harken ST60 self-tailing primary winches are mounted at the aft end of the cockpit. Mainsheet currently rigged for coachroof winching but can also be rigged as a German mainsheet system.

Stainless steel pulpit, pushpit and guard rails around. Cast iron deep fin keel. Twin wheel steering to single spade hung rudder. Carbon wheels. Self-draining aft cockpit with full-width fold-down transom platform.
