Engine / Technical:
Nanni 3cylinder diesel, New in 2011, integral cooling system to swim tank, standard stern tube greaser. Engine bay is clean and well maintained.

Cockpit:
Raised port and starboard lockers house the ships batteries and her 15kg approx danforth anchor with un-calibrated 1/4″ chain / 14mm polyprop 3 strand rope (unmeasured)
Single morse controls to port with single helm seat to tiller. lockable diesel filler. Taff rail to transom and good access to engine bay.
On Deck:
Spacious Bow section with steel lockable gas store with 1 x 6kg Propane and 1 x 4.5kg propane supporting the Flavel Vanessa oven, grill and hob. water tank deck filler to bow, tank beneath foredeck. Starboard side single cabin door. Excellent safety / grab rail to the entire cabin perimeter of the superstructure. Deck ventilators, boarding & barge pole rack, sliding hatch to rear of cabin top. Saloon, Galley, Heads & Layout
Saloon / layout:
Once inside from forward. Double dinette is to portside with upholstered seating and storage beneath. Cigarette style 12v socket, 12v surface mounted switched downlighters to cabin. Close to the rear of the cabin, a single upholstered day berth with storage beneath, additional storage, shelving, switch panel and Nanni control panel.
Galley:
Utilising the entire beam, top portside is the Falvel Vanessa Gas oven, grill and 2 burner hob, stainless steel sink with R/H drainer, Mixer tap, H&C 12v pumped water system. Hot water to the galley and shower via the instantaneous Morco gas boiler, built in wooden galley cabinets for storage, free mains operated fridge and small freezer compartment.
Heads / Shower:
Portside provides for tiled shower cubicle and Thetford model C2 chemical toilet, this model having a separate holding tank and chemical liquid indicator and much easier that the standard porta potti.
Inventory:
All furnishings remain. Along with various oils and paints relative to her maintenance. Mooring spikes, mallet, working and mooring lines and all fenders.
