Beautiful and well-maintained wooden Folkboat!
Now is your chance to own a true classic – possibly the last Folkboat ever built in wood!
The boat was started by traditional boatbuilders on the Danish island of Funen and taken over by the Folkboat Club in 2013. It was completed in 2015 at the Maritime Museum’s boatyard in Middelfart, making it a unique piece of Danish boatbuilding history.
The boat comes with two complete rig setups:
One for cruising, with roller furling jib and mast track
One for racing, with hollow keel and standard forestay
(Two wooden masts are included.)
Highlights:
Mainsail and jib for racing from 2015 – used only one season
Newer roller furling jib and older mainsail for cruising – both in good condition
New battery (2023)
New bilge pump (2024)
Semi-permeable winter cover
The boat is in the water and ready to sail. A rare opportunity for the discerning sailor looking for charm, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
