We offer a new Viking 24 available with Tohatsu, Mercury or E Propulsion Outboards ranging from 25 Hp to 40 Hp to Viking factory highline specification. This model features 4 berth family accommodation with an excellent cockpit that includes a semi-circular aft seat, which converts to a further double berth or sun bed with a centrally located table. The HiLine specification includes hot & cold water, shower, fridge, hob, oven & grill. Layout
CABINThe interior of the Viking 24 offers accommodation for four easily with a minimum headroom of 6'03''. The cabin is laid out with a large circular seating area forward that easily converts into a good-sized double berth using the circular dining table. To port aft of this is a cupboard where the optional fridge can be located. Opposite and to starboard is the galley with storage beneath the worktops. The sink and hob are fitted with a flush fitting fold-down glass cover. Opposite the galley, the toilet room has a cassette flush toilet, shower, and foldaway sink. Aft is a full-height wardrobe and beneath the cockpit floor is a generous double berth measuring 7' in length with an opening window to the cockpit. Aft again is a large storage locker for tender or other useful items.
COCKPITThe cockpit features the helm to port with steering via a cable to the outboard, single lever engine controls, and ancillary switches. A double helm seat with storage below is to port, with further seating aft in a "U" shape design offering the flexibility to convert to a sun bed or further double berth fitted with a centrally located table. Access to the port and starboard decks is via a step located beneath the seat cushion. The gas, fuel, and battery lockers are located beneath the rear seat.
EXTERIORThe Viking 24 is fully hand moulded featuring a gel coat exterior strengthened by chopped strand mat. All exterior fittings are in stainless steel, and the boat has side decks of approximately 8" in width. Sturdy handrails are located on the cabin top, and the bow is surrounded by a stainless steel pulpit. The cockpit screens are stylishly curved and are removable for navigation beneath the lowest of bridges.
OPTIONSThe Hi Line specification of a Viking includes: oven and grill, hot and cold water, shower and fold-down sink, cassette flush toilet, and antifouling. All craft built by Viking Mouldings can be fitted with further options customizing each boat to individual tastes, including items such as cabin heating, bow thruster, sea toilet, and radio CD player. ENGINESAll Viking models are outboard powered. As standard, prices are quoted with Tohatsu or Mercury outboard models. We can offer prices for any outboard to purchaser's choice and size depending on individual preferences and planned location of cruising.
