Sunseeker 28 Offshore for Sale in Kent
This Sunseeker 28 Offshore was built in 1985 and commissioned in 1986 with a single Mercruiser diesel engine. This vessel seamlessly combines comfort and performance. It offers spacious accommodation with four berths in two cabins, featuring a wide beam that enhances the interior's roominess, 6'2" headroom, and a luxurious finish throughout.
This vessel has been well maintained by the current owner and was completely refurbished between 2018 and 2022 by Gillingham Marina. This includes a complete engine rebuild, re-upholstery in the saloon and a complete vinyl wrap inside and out. This vessel also benefits from a 227-litre freshwater capacity, depth gauge, speed log, Raymarine VHF, GPS/Chartplotter, and AIS Transponder and receiver. This Sunseeker Offshore offers four berths in two cabins with 6” 2 headroom.
The forward saloon offers booth seating area with under seat storage with a central table, that converts to a double berth. This area also includes shelf storage to both port and starboard, an opening deck hatch for light and ventilation.
Located on the port side amidships in the saloon is the galley featuring a single stainless-steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water, a two-burner hob with oven and grill, 12V fridge, 240V outlets and ample storage space. This vessel benefits from a 227 Litre freshwater capacity.
Opposite the galley on the starboard side is heads compartment, featuring an electric marine sea toilet, mirror and shower with hot and cold water.
This Sunseeker 28 Offshore also benefits from a stern cabin beneath the cockpit sole, with additional storage and a double berth.
Ascending the companionway to the cockpit, this area is perfect for socialising and relaxing. The cockpit offers a double helmsman seat to starboard, with a steering compass, depth gauge, speed log, Raymarine VHF, GPS/Chartplotter, engine controls, and vessel control switches.
Located at the stern of the cockpit, is booth seating with a central table and bench across the stern of the vessel. This area also gives access to the single Mercruiser diesel engine and a transom gate that leads to the large bathing platform.

This Sunseeker Offshore was built in 1985 but not commissioned until 1986, by Sunseeker in Pool, UK. Founded in 1969 as Poole Powerboats by the Braithwaite brothers and rebranded as Sunseeker in 1979, the company quickly became renowned for producing stylish, high-performance luxury motor yachts.
This vessel was completely refurbished between 2018 to 2022 by the current owner and Gillingham Marina, this includes a complete engine rebuild, re upholstery in the saloon and cockpit areas and much more. This vessel also benefits from Osmosis treatment in 2019.
The Sunseeker offshore was designed for speed, agility, and a sporty aesthetic, appealing to a wide range of boating enthusiasts. With a Blue vinyl wrap hull, vinyl wrap deck with non-slip qualities, Stainless Steel stanchions, full cockpit enclosure and stern bathing platform.
The vessel was last out of the water in February 2024 for Antifouling, Bellow replacement, and Anode replacement. The current owner has enjoyed the vessel for the past seven years and is looking to sell the vessel due to moving away from boating. This Sunseeker 28 Offshore is fitted with a single 1992 Mercruiser D7.3 petrol engine with morse controls. This engine is powering a single outdrive with duo 4-bladed 22" pitch propellers. The owner has a range of different props available depending upon the sorts of boating you wish to do, i.e high speed or river cruising. This engine is supplied by a 522 Litre aluminium fuel tank.
This vessel benefits from a full engine rebuild in 2023 by Gillingham Marina, along with full-service history receipts. The outdrive was last serviced in 2023 with the bellows changed in February 2024 with a new transom assembly.
This Sports Cruiser will cruise at approximately 10 knots and has a maximum speed of approximately 24 knots. This vessel benefits from morse controls and electric Lenco trim tabs.
Electrical Systems:
4 x 12v batteries (2 x Domestic 2022 & 2 x Engine 2022) All batteries are charged from the engine alternator.
This Sunseeker 28 Offshore, benefits from a shore power connection, with a 240v ring with several sockets throughout the vessel, 240V immersion water heater, and a 240V Master volt charge master battery charger.
A battery master volt shunt management system has been installed to ensure optimal performance of the electrical setup onboard with easy view display units.
