Moody S336 Magic
Magic is a well-maintained 1995 Moody S336, designed by Bill Dixon and respected for her solid build and balanced performance. Re-engined in 2005 with a dependable Yanmar 3GM, she has been consistently upgraded and enjoyed, making her an ideal choice for Mediterranean cruising. Her fin keel, spacious cockpit and practical interior layout suit couples, families or confident solo sailors.
On deck, Magic is arranged for easy and comfortable sailing. A Selden/Kemp double-spreader mast pairs with Lewmar reefing gear, an Elvstrom mainsail, roller-reefing genoa and an asymmetric cruising chute. Lewmar winches and Spinlock clutches support smooth sail handling. A sprayhood, bimini, dodgers and boom tent offer welcome protection, and fittings allow full cockpit enclosure options. A robust stainless arch carries a 190W solar panel, davits and antenna mounts. Her ground tackle includes a Rocna anchor with 80m of chain, a Lewmar windlass and a kedge anchor with warp drum.
Below, Magic provides warm, practical accommodation for up to six. The saloon features a horseshoe dinette with strong storage and twin water tanks beneath the seating. The galley is equipped with a Bainbridge cooker, Waeco fridge, double sinks and ample cabinetry. The aft cabin offers a generous double berth, wardrobe space and 240V/USB charging. The forward heads include a sink, shower with teak grating, holding tank and a Jabsco toilet. A wide inventory of spares, tools and safety gear adds confidence for extended cruising.
