BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, crafted by South African boat builders Robertson & Caine, showcases a modern design developed by experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd, along with Robertson & Caine's design team. This model maintains the speed, agility, and blue-water performance of its predecessors while featuring enhancements such as increased hull volume and an innovative interior layout. The galley is positioned forward, complemented by a forward-facing settee, large windows, and an access door to the forward platform. This design allows for panoramic views and includes large sliding glass doors that connect the saloon and aft cockpit, promoting seamless communication and an open flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
BROKERS REMARKS: ANCHOR BEER is one of the last available models with no hurricane history due to her age. This yacht features a 4 cabin, 2 head layout of the popular 40 model, with walk-around aft cabins. It includes a lighter Ash interior, air conditioning, a generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a walk-through forward door. The engine hours are lower than normal due to the slow Covid times.
AVAILABILITY: This yacht was released from the fleet on 31st March 2025 and is preparing to go through the phase-out process. Upon release, the yacht will head to St Lucia for phase-out and closing.
