The Azzurro is a truly special boat, not only because of its distinctive colour and aesthetics, but also because of its configuration. Hanse configured a few units of the 531 with a larger rig, which is offset by a larger keel. This configuration makes the Azzurro a truly stable, ocean-going boat that provides tremendous comfort and safety with easy manoeuvrability.
It has also been rigged for solo sailing with a furling mainsail, self-tacking jib and asymmetrical sails with a storage system.
