The cockpit is generous, comfortable and well protected by the trade mark Hallberg-Rassy windscreen. Her traditional tiller arrangement with auto-pilot compliments the Pro Furl main with all lines led aft making ALENA an excellent boat for short/single handed sailing.
Amazingly the Hallberg-Rassy 31 offers six long berths, separate heads with shower, large chart table, galley with double sinks and saloon seating for six people. A triumph of design from German Frers and all beautifully built by the master craftsman at Hallberg-Rassy in Sweden.
Mechanically ALENA is in good order with numerous engine works completed in 2022. The sail drive gaiter and standing rigging are up to date making her ideal to take away.

Accomodation
The interior is finished in selected mahogany with matt silk varnish with blue patterend upholstery and light blue curtains. The Cabin sole is varnished teak with holly inlays with fitted carpet. There is Webasto diesel fired warm air heating and 12v lighting throughout together with 230V outlets in all 3 main cabins.
Saloon
Two settee berths each 2 metres long with lifting backrests for wider berths. Storage below with access either from above or on the side under the berth. A sturdy double drop leaf table is down the centre line with bottle storage in the centre section. Lockers with louvred doors and open bookshelves over the settees. Headroom is 1.86m.
Galley
The galley is to port with cutting board, drawers and drop leaf food preparation worksurface. A gimballed Optimus 2 burner cooker and oven with and opening window above. A double stainless steel sink with mixer tap with pressurised hot and cold water plus Nature Pure water purifier 'quick change' with faucet to galley sink. A fresh water foot pump and an insulated cool box with a Frigomatic12v refrigeration unit.
Chart Table
The chart table is to starboard with chart stowage. Chart table seat has stowage and there are drawers in the table. Radio, GPS, chart plotter etc and 12v electrical panel are contained in this area.
Fore Peak
Two berths 2.12m long with storage above and below. Infill cushion and door to saloon.
Aft Cabin
Double berth 2.25m long and 1.62m wide at the longest and widest points respectively. Hanging wardrobe, Shelf over berth. Storage under berth. 2 windows. Battery boxes below bunk. Battery isolating switches. Door to saloon.
The Head
Bulkheads and cupboards in white laminate. Built in shower stall with teak grating and 12v shower waste pump. Hot and and cold pressurised water from sink/shower tap. Stowage over and under white china basin. Pump action sea toilet with stainless steel holding tank. Mirror and opening window with white curtains.
