We launched the catamaran in March 2022 and it operates in our charter fleet in Sukoan. As we are not only a charter company but also an official Fountaine Pajot dealer, the boat is very well maintained with regular servicing. The boat has never had a serious accident or damage.
The boat must remain in our charter fleet for the entire 2025 season, after which the new owner can decide whether to continue with the charter management program or start using the boat for its own purposes. The boat can remain in charter without problems for at least another 5 years. A new Croatian company was established to operate the boat in charter and this company is also the owner of the boat. It is therefore possible to buy the entire company including the boat, i.e. only to transfer the company's business share to the new owner. The boat is currently financed by leasing, so in the event of a transfer of the entire company, there is no need to change anything and just simply continue the lease payments. In this case, the first investment is only about 351 thousand Euros (status as of 28.02.2025). The total price of the boat in the case of continued charter management is also 29.000 Euros lower, i.e. 590.000 Euros without VAT.
Equipment: 4 double cabins + 2 skipper's cabins in the bows, 4 toilets, mainsail with lazy bag, furling genoa, bimini above the helm position, cockpit tent, electric anchor windlass, Garmin electronics, GPS 8410 chart plotter, 2x multi GMI20, autopilot, AIS, VHF, audio Fusion, speakers in salon and cockpit, 3x refrigerator, gas stove with oven, generator, air conditioning in salon and cabins, watermaker, invertor, generator, solar panels, electric bathing platform with dinghy craddle, cushions in cockpit and bow, shower in the cockpit, complete safety and kitchen equipment included in the price, liferaft, dinghy 3,40 m without engine.
Charter management program: the owner's share is 70% of the net income minus the costs of berth, insurance and maintenance. Details will be sent upon request.
The price is shown without VAT. If the buyer is a company with a registered European VAT number or if the boat is exported outside the EU, then this price is the final price. For a private person from the EU without VAT registration, Croatian VAT of 25% of the amount stated on the invoice must be added.
The boat is anchored and can be seen and rented at our pier at the base in Sukoan, Croatia.
