This is a very spacious Dutch Barge with a working engine that is currently based on a very sought after rented residential mooring. This should be transferable subject to the marina owners permission. There is an open plan Saloon/Galley, an Aft-Cabin with a double bed, a forward cabin with a double and a single berth.

The wheelhouse is also spacious and benefits from a seating area to port, the helm and has 2 doors to make access to side decks on either side easy.

There is a recent survey, the vessel has also had the majority of the hull over plated with 5mm steel. She has recently been surveyed, anodes changed and been blacked too. So main maintenance areas have been attended too.

She has an LPG gas system. There are 2 wood burning stoves.

This Dutch Barge offers spacious, bright and airy accommodation. The wheelhouse can be accessed from both port and starboard doors. There is a comfortable seating area and a wood burning stove in the wheelhouse. The hatch for the engine is large and makes the engine easily accessible for servicing.

The helm is on the Portside with the companionway door which has steps down to the heads to port and the main saloon/galley. This is open plan and provides a good sized and very well equipped Galley ; washing machine, Full sized cooker, Fridge, Microwave and Freezer. There's ample work surfaces with cupboards/draws under.

There is a companionway to the Aft Cabin from the wheelhouse. This is a spacious cabin with a full size double bed.

There is an area for the saloon. The heads has a full sized shower cubicle, wash hand basin and a cassette style toilet. Note there is a boat safety certificate Moving forward the Forward cabin has a double berth to Port and a single berth to port.
