'Stove Pipe Wells' is een 60ft narrowboat met een breedte van 2,08 meter, gebouwd in 1999 door R&D Fabrications. Stove Pipe Wells 60ft by 6tf10ins, Trad Stern, built 1999 by R & D Fabrications, powered by a brand new Beta marine 45hp inboard diesel. From the bow is the main cabin which is open plan allowing free standing furniture. Currently port side there is a storage box and a corner storage unit. The starboard side has a solid fuel stove mounted on a tiled plinth & surround. Moving down the boat is the Pullman dinette which offers comfortable seated dining with storage under the seating, it also makes a guest double bed. There is a central heating radiator between the dinette and galley. The galley has a 4 ring gas hob, a circular sink & drainer with tiled splash-back,fridge, ample cupboard and drawer storage, shelving, and space to install a eye level oven & grill. There is also a side hatch offering additional light & ventilation. The bathroom comprises of a small bath with shower over, hand wash basin with tiled splash-back, mirror fronted bathroom cabinet, a corner cabinet, porta potti, a pump-out toilet and a central heating radiator in the corridor opposite. Moving towards the stern is the main bedroom with a fixed double with storage under, overhead lockers, wardrobe with set of drawers below, large mirror and a central heating radiator. At the stern there is a utility area incorporating the engine bay. This would have originally been like a boatman's cabin, it has a seated area with storage under, cupboards shelving & a washing machine. The current owner has recently had a new Beta Marine 45hp diesel engine installed. This now needs some additional carpentry to cover the engine.
