PSP SOUTHAMPTON BOAT SHOW: over 65 new products to be launched!

Firmly establishing itself as the place to be to check out all the latest sailing and motor boats, marine equipment, chandlery and clothing, the PSP Southampton Boat Show is set to host the launch of at least 65 new products when it kicks off next Friday.

Andrew Williams, Managing Director of National Boat Shows, comments: “We’re really proud that the industry is choosing Southampton as the place to officially unveil their new products, far more so than compared with last year in fact.  Where else can you see everything from a brand new £10.6m luxury motor yacht to a new engine to the latest in marine navigational equipment?”

A selection of the new products to be launched at the PSP Southampton Boat Show:

New sailing boats

  • Northshore Yachts will be hosting the world debut for the new Southerly 49
  • Saturn Yachts world debut for the Saturn 47
  • Jeanneau is launching the Sun Odyssey 33i, Sun Odyssey 42 DS and the Sun Odyssey 57 DS to the world at the Show
  • World launch for the Lagoon 420, 421 and 620 catamarans
  • World premiere for the Elan 310
  • Beneteau’s First 35 and Oceanis 50 will have their world debut at the Show
  • UK debut for Island Packet Estero
  • World premiere for Moody 62DS and UK debut for Moody 45C

New power boats

  • Four brand-new boats from Sunseeker International will make their international debuts at the PSP Southampton Boat Show: the Predator 130 which is the biggest and most expensive boat at the Show, the 80 Yacht, the Predator 60 and the Predator 54
  • Princess Yachts has chosen the PSP Southampton Boat Show to unveil two new models: the V78 and the 78 Motor Yacht.  Additionally, the Princess V85 will be making her Southampton debut
  • Sealine will unveil the new F-series flagship, the F46 at the Show
  • The all-new Fairline Squadron 65 will be revealed to UK audiences at the Show
  • Jeanneau is globally launching the Prestige 39, Leader 10, Leader 9, Leader 8, Merry Fisher 10 and Merry Fisher 645
  • Val Wyatt Marine will be showcasing the Intercruiser 27 Cabrio to UK audiences
  • Mako RIBs will be globally launching the Stinger 10m, while the Stinger 800GT Ltd Edition and the Redbay 10m Open RIB will be unveiled to European audiences

Equipment

  • UK launch for Ocean Kayak’s Torque Angler and Nalu Paddleboard from Johnsons Outdoors
  • Kenwood’s innovative marine iPod/USB tuner with iPod docking inside the head unit will be unveiled to a UK audience at the Show
  • Raymarine will be launching the ST70 Plus, AIS500 transceiver and the 33STV satellite for small boats
  • The 60hp 4-stroke (DF60) engine from Suzuki will have its UK debut at the Show
