This Sabre 38 Mark I has a great layout for cruising with guests or living aboard. She has the Classic layout.
She has a comfortable forward stateroom with V-berth. Moving aft, the head is to port, and large hanging locker is to starboard. The air conditioning unit is in the hanging locker.
A separate area for the shower makes the head feel large. The wood grate floor adds a warm feeling. There is plenty of storage space for toiletries.
Moving aft, there are two settees, a dining table that can be stored out of the way, and cabinetry for storage.
Moving aft, the galley is to port, the nav station to starboard, and the quarter berth beyond the nav station.
The navigation station has an older radar unit, but the seller has a new unit for the buyer.
