The Pioner 14 Active is one of the latest models to come from Pioner. It combines classic lines and good driving comfort with modern details and a handsome finish, especially on this bespoke, polished wooden transom.
The hull has pre-drilled holes for rigging. There is plenty of practical storage space on the port side for boat hooks and fishing rods etc. On the starboard side is space for all types of small items, such as a handheld VHF radio, mobile phone, small bluetooth speaker. The boat also has a battery compartment, also a space for a fuel tank under the rear bench seat, and three storage compartments under the middle bench seat. All the bench seats are able to be locked, for that extra security.
The boat has excellent buoyancy, a high deck level and is ideally suited to today’s four-stroke engines, capable of taking a maximum of a 25hp outboard. The high freeboard ensures a dry and comfortable boat trip even in slightly rougher waves making it ideal for day fishing trips along the coast. Yet is is equally good at being used on a lake with the use of oars, or even as a tender for your yacht.
The Pioner 14 Active is a spacious boat that can accomodate four people with ease with enough seating to ensure it's not cramped. Also providing four cupholders nestled throughout the boat.
Made from the same material as modern kayaks, it allows for a worry free, next to nothing maintenance requirements. Pioner boats are made from polyeurathane that is UV stabilised, which means the boat retains its colour and strength for a very long time.
It can also be customised with extra rails, navigation lights, centre steering console, seat cushions, oars, making it a very versatile boat for anyone.
