Boat Description
The Hunter Legend 310 provides light and airy accommodation for 4 to 6 crew in a 2 cabin layout plus saloon berths. The extensive use of wood in the interior gives a homely feel to the saloon. There is a well equipped galley, heads with holding tank, and full cockpit enclosure.
Construction
GRP construction with shallow draft keel (1.22m), spade rudder with wheel steering. Cockpit arch with mainsheet attached. Sugar-scoop stern with swim ladder, walk-through transom.
Mechanicals
Powered by a Yanmar 2GM20 - 18hp diesel with a shaft driven, 2 bladed fixed propeller. 4 x 12V batteries provide engine start and service power, these charging via the engine and shore power charger. Engine last serviced in February 2025.
Rigging and Sails
Fractional Bermudan Sloop with deck stepped alloy mast and spars. Backstay-less rig. Slab reefing Mainsail with Lazy Jack bag and roller furling Genoa.
Accommodation
Light and airy accommodation for up to 6. Fore and aft double cabins with single saloon settee berths. Nice sized galley with gas oven and hob, microwave oven, large top loading fridge, sink and storage. Saloon with central dining table with folding leaf. Heads with holding tank and shower. Cabin heating and a full cockpit enclosure extend comfortable use into the colder months.
