A well presented 60ft by 10ft Widebeam Cruiser, built as a sailaway by Collingwood in 2016 and fitted out by the first owners in this popular layout.
A Canaline 52hp engine provides propulsion and Hot water is supplied by a Calorifier/Eberspacher/Diesel Heater and also supplies the Central heating and additional heating via solid fuel stove within the saloon area. Electrical systems comprising of a 12v, 240v landline, inverter, 1 starter, leisure batteries.
Entering from the cruiser stern we first come into the open plan saloon with a solid fuel stove and radiator with comfortable seating and Galley area. The galley has a cooker, 4 burner hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer as well as a large kitchen sink and drainer, with the washing machine under the galley work surface . As we head down the corridor, we come to the beautifully presented bathroom which boasts a cassette toilet , Quadrant shower and vanity basin along with plenty of cupboard space. To the bow is the master bedroom, which features a fixed King Size Bed with under bed storage with a vast amount of storage space, as well as cabinets and clothes hanging cupboard.
The hull has been taken back to metal and had two coats of zinc based primer, then three coats of two pack top coats. Hull report dated 2022 available.
