This MY is equipped with MAN i6 (D26) diesel engines delivering 850 hp each and shaft drive, as well as a proportional bow and stern thruster. The manoeuvring joystick, available at all three stations, makes docking and undocking effortless. At a comfortable cruising speed of around 16 knots, the engines run at approximately 1,700 rpm with a combined fuel consumption of just 160 l/h. The top speed is about 26 knots at 2,300 rpm.
“Topazc Castle” features full teak decking on the exterior. The spacious cockpit area offers, in addition to a seating group for up to 8 persons – fully enclosable with a camper cover – and the adjacent BBQ unit equipped with sink and refrigerator, a climate-controlled crew cabin for skipper and steward(ess) in the aft section as well as an electro-hydraulic teak-laid gangway and bathing platform on which the tender (Pirelli J39, 2021, 30 h, max. 5 pax) is stored. Below deck, two cabins – Master and VIP – arranged across the full beam, each featuring a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a third cabin with two single beds and additional en-suite bathroom to starboard. A fourth cabin on the port side, fitted with bunk beds, allows accommodation for up to eight persons in total. In the central, bright corridor ample storage space as well as a washer/dryer combination are found in addition to the built-in vacuum system.
On deck level, towards the entrance area, there is a bright and spacious saloon with a comfortable seating area and an electrically operated TV cabinet (Smart TV). Further aft, a dining table for six persons with a serving hatch connecting to the galley, which can be separated from the living area. The galley includes a fridge/freezer combination, an ice maker, and high-quality Miele appliances. Easy access to the deck / bow area is provided both from the galley and from the helm station via the side door on the port side. Here, guests will find a U-shaped seating area with wooden coffee table and – as needed – the easily mounted canvas/Bimini for pleasant summer evenings.
On the flybridge – generously designed for up to 14 persons and covered by a hard-top with electric soft-top – numerous seating and sunbathing areas beside the helm station, as well as a bar with outdoor kitchen including grill, sink, refrigerator, and ice maker. Towards the stern, a spacious lounge area with rain shower is also provided, and can be shaded with a canvas/Bimini if desired. The flybridge is fully enclosable with a camper cover, ensuring this area remains protected and usable even during bad weather or in winter.
