The overall condition of the vessel is good.The Tiara was purchased new by the first owner. The second owner bought Her in 1999 finally handing Her to the previous owner/seller in early 2020. The current Seller purchased the Tiara in December, 2021.
The previous Seller had the hull inspected in the slip with a moisture meter etc. Due to COVID, there was no option for a haul out. The Surveyor made the determination that the hull was in good condition. He did make note of a soft spot on the foredeck. The current Seller has had no issues with the hull.
The freshwater-cooled engines have been maintained with scheduled maintenance every 75 hours. Next service is due in 50 hours.
Both alternators, oil coolers and trans coolers were replaced by the previous owner.

New Aft Bimini and new upholstery in the cockpit and the two couch/bunks in the Salon.
The remaining upholstery in the Salon is in good condition. Only one spot is visible on the dinette cushions.
The generator was non-functional when the current seller purchased Her. He did not replace the generator.
The autopilot is not functional. The previous owner/seller never used it. Nor did the current seller.
The older Garmin does not work. The current Seller purchased a new Garmin as you can see in the photos.
The helm isinglass is in serviceable condition as is the Bimini isinglass
Bottom last painted in 2019 and the hull is serviced monthly by a diver.
