This Chaparral 290 Signature spent the first 10 years of it's life in Chicago, and it was brought to FL on its hull by the owner! The owner has other boats and has a captain maintaining them.
The boat is powered by Mercruiser 5.0 MPI engines with the heavy duty Bravo Three drives with duoprops. The cockpit has a fold down back seat giving you comfy seating for eight people! There is a cockpit fridge and electric engine hatch.
Down in the cabin you have two convertible dinettes and a mid cabin giving you sleeping for a family of six and seating for six or more. There is AC and a TV, a galley with fridge, microwave, sink and cooktop, and an enclosed wet head.
The Chaparral 290 has the walk-thru windshield giving you good safe access to the front deck, and there is a large swim platform for sandbar parties! There is good space in the engine compartment for service, and room for a generator if needed.
