The Princess 435 is a classic Olesinski-designed flybridge motor yacht, renowned for her solid build, excellent sea-keeping and spacious interior. She offers a good cruising capability, with plenty of comfort for extended stays aboard. This example was built in circa. 1990 and is fitted with twin Volvo Penta TAMD61A diesels (306 hp each). Lazy Sunday is in a working order with new stainless-steel fuel tanks. She could benefit from some maintenance and light cosmetic work and upgrades to her canvas work, but she is a compelling package.

Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to six berths in three separate cabins plus the saloon, with excellent headroom and good ventilation throughout provide by opening hatch and hull ports. Up forward, there is a generous guest cabin, offering a double island berth to centre, cupboards, hanging locker and an opening hatch to the foredeck. There is access to the forward heads compartment, which includes an electric toilet, shower, handbasin and storage. Stepping aft there is a guest cabin to starboard, offering two single berths and a large hanging locker. Opposite to port is a second access into the forward heads compartment. The galley is to port and is well equipped with a 4-burner hob (2 gas, 2 electric), 240 volt Panasonic combi oven, large front opening 12 volt refrigerator and twin stainless-steel sinks with a pressurised hot and cold water. Plenty of stowage in lockers and drawers. Galley extractor fan. Stepping up into the spacious saloon, there is U-shaped seating and a saloon table to port. White vinyl upholstery. Opposite to port is plenty of handy stowage provided by cupboards and drawers. The lower helm position is forward and to starboard with the full engine instrumentation, electrical distribution panel and navigational equipment. Stepping aft in to the master cabin, there is a large double island berth to centre, with a single seat to starboard. Vasts amount of stowage provided by drawers, eye-level shelving a large hanging locker. To starboard is the en-suite heads compartment, comprising of a manual Jabsco marine toilet, basin and shower. Eberspacher diesel fired heating. Carpets, curtains and blinds. Teak internal fit out. Pressurised hot & cold water supply throughout.

Located beneath the saloon sole are the twin Volvo Penta TAMD61A diesel engines. Six cylinders, 306hp, turbo charged. Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Shaft drives to 3 bladed bronze propellers. Single lever controls at both helms. Power-assisted hydraulic steering. Full engine instrumentation at both stations. Trim tabs. Two 500 litre fuel tanks (new 2025). Racor fuel filters. Westerbeke 10kw diesel generator. . Side-Power Bow Thruster (controls at both helms)

Deep-V semi-displacement hull. Last antifouled and anodes replaced Spring 2025. Two spade hung rudder. Wheel steering.
