History & Construction
Built in 2000 to 2001 specifications, this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 34.2 has a white GRP hull and decks with non-slip surfaces. It has teak-covered seats in the cockpit aft cockpit area. Wheel steering. Aluminium toe rails. Stainless steel stanchions, pulpit. Glass Sprayhood with full cockpit enclosure. Walk through the transom gate to the bathing platform. Self-draining cockpit. Has been out of the water since December 2024, hull polished, and anodes changed. She has been well looked after by the owner and see looks like new internally. The owner has unfortunately passed away and is being sold by his daughter.

Spars & Sails
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 34.2 has a Bermudan sloop masthead, deck-stepped rig with Aluminium Seldon mast and boom. It has stainless steel standing rigging that was new in 2016. All running rigging is led aft to the cockpit to make sail handling easy. It has a slab reefing mainsail and furling genoa with a Facnor furling system.

Mechanical Systems;
This Jeanneau has a single Volvo Penta MD 2030 diesel engine with a shaft drive to a 3-blade feathering prop. The engine has indirect cooling via a heat exchanger. The engine hours are unknown at this stage. The engine was last serviced in 2024 by the owner. We are aware that it has been rebuilt at some point in its lifetime. There is a 110-litre plastic fuel tank. It will cruise at 5 knots and has a maximum speed of 7 knots.

3 x 12-volt batteries (1 x engine + 2 x domestic), charging from the engine alternator and via 240v shore power system with ring main, immersion heater and INVAC battery charger.
