MECHANICAL

John Deere 4045DFM50 4.5 litre 85hp inboard diesel engine (2006) . Engine No CD4045C006771. 2 x 50 litre diesel tanks. Engine hours currently around 825. Closed loop cooling. Shaft drive to fixed propeller.

BOWTHRUSTER

Side Power bow thruster with control at wheel.

ELECTRICAL

High output alternator charging to 4 x 12v batteries. 240v shore power with Sterling split charger and sockets throughout boat. Victron Multiplus 1600 battery charger / inverter. Galvanic isolator.

SAFETY

2 fire extinguishers, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector.

DECK GEAR

Cockpit canopy/bimini with sides, 2 aft cleats, 2 forward cleats, mooring warps and fender.

Her separate heads compartment has a new Techma Thetford electric flush marine toilet, wash basin and shower with large holding tank & deck pump out.

REMARKS

"Jet" was purchase by her present owner in 2021, she was transported overland at the time from Cambs and has been afloat at Heybridge Basin ever since. She was blacked and re-painted just before and had previously been professionally re-painted and signwritten. She's on a lovely mooring on the canal bank at Heybridge Basin with 2 pubs just a short stroll away and easy access tot he shops at Heybridge and Maldon.
