History & Construction
The Robber 3E was a development of an earlier Swedish-designed yacht by Peter Stahle in circa 1975, originally made of multi-chine plywood. The 3E iteration was modified by Stuart Jardine, retaining the same underwater profile but featuring a straighter sheer line and a narrower transom to increase the sail area for IOR racing. It has been owned by the current owner for the past two years. It was last surveyed for insurance purposes in 2024. The Owner is are selling due to a lack of time to use her. She is currently afloat in Chatham Marina
