The Swede 47, located in Sweden and built in 1990, is a unique sailboat designed as the Reimers Jubilee 40. Measuring 14.47 metres in length with a 2.50-metre beam, it features a teak and mahogany deck on plywood and a mahogany interior. It boasts an extra high 20-metre mast, equipped with new North 3Di Nordac sails and a variety of additional sails, all in excellent condition. The boat has been professionally maintained since new, with all halyards replaced with Dynema and a Yanmar engine that has been serviced annually. Notably, it underwent a significant maintenance procedure during the 2019/2020 winter, addressing minor osmosis with epoxy and engine seal replacements. With two 100Ah Lithium batteries and accommodations for six, the boat is winterised ashore with full cover annually. The current second owner is selling due to relocation abroad, having owned the vessel for seven years following the original owner and builder, who maintained it for the first 24 years.

New North 3Di Nordac main and self-tacking jib 2019, main and self-tacking jib (Gran Sail) in good condition, extra main sail (only used one season), code-1 sail (Gran sail in very good condition) and genacker with stocking in good condition.
Second owner since 7 years is reluctantly putting the boat on market due to move abroad. The first owner and boatbuilder for the first 24 years built the boat for himself, and it was put in water for the first time in 1990.
In the past years all halyards (incl. backstay) have been replaced with Dynema, professionally serviced engine (Yanmar) every year since new. Winter 2019/2020 bottom blasted and 6 layers with epoxy due to minor osmosis, engine out to replace the two rubber sealings of the Yanmar Engine. Work performed professionally by Rosättra boat yard. Same engine since new and lightly used every year (sail boat), sail drive with feathering two-blade propeller. Two 100Ah Lithium batteries and a separate starting battery for engine. Proper winterisation ashore each year, with mast off, stable winter storage cradle and full winter cover. Six full length beds (two in stern cabin), two in main saloon and two in aft cabin).
