This 1907 Dutch Motortjalk was first a commercial cargo ship before being converted into a comfortable pleasure barge. With her low air draft and shallow draught, she offers an extensive cruising range throughout France, including the renowned Canal du Midi. Also in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany she truly comes into her own, offering ideal navigation possibilities on their interconnected waterways. From 2011-2014 extensive work was carried out to renovate the below deck living areas. In 2022 the propeller shaft was replaced, the bulwark and freeboard were blasted and recoated and the underwater ship was well treated. The ship was taken out of the water for a survey in June 2025.
