This McLachlan-class Boarding Boat, located in Gloucestershire, UK, is a robust vessel originally built in 1991 at the Lowestoft Boat Building College using double diagonal mahogany with epoxy. Designed similarly to a McLachlan-class lifeboat, she served at the Humber RNLI lifeboat station and is highly capable in challenging sea conditions, making her an excellent option for a workboat. Recently refurbished, she features a fresh two-pack paint system and upgraded Mariner 50hp outboards with electric power trim and tilt, with only 20 hours of use since servicing, reaching a top speed of approximately 25 knots. The boat is also equipped with a Garmin chart plotter, compass, navigation lights, and an anchor with chain.
