Remarks :
This MX24 Glampboat is current in the final stages of build and will be available in May 2023. It has been specifically designed for lake, river, or canal use with an RCD Cat D classification that can be used as a weekend getaway, student studio, holiday let or Air BnB accommodation. It benefits from a cathedral hull that can be easily manoeuvred by tender secured alongside. This vessel is extremely well equipped including a double berth, walk in shower room with sink and Thetford cassette toilet, 4ft double bed, 12v fridge with freezer unit, 240V shore power, Propex electric heater, solar panels, inverter, TV, sofa and much much more.
Accommodation :
This MX24 Glampboat offers one 4ft double berth with storage beneath and clothes hanging points in an open planned cabin. There is a porthole above the berth. Next to the double berth is a walk-in shower room with shower, sink with hot and cold pressurised water in a vanity unit with auto flush Thetford marine cassette toilet.
Forward of the double berth and shower room is the saloon with its large double glazed opening patio doors leading to a sun deck with aluminium railings and slip resistant foredeck . The saloon area has a large sofa with cushions and storage units and a 12V TV with DVD. There is also a removable table that will seat four people.
Opposite the saloon is galley which has a Smev gas 2 burner hob, single sink with hot and cold pressurised water, 12V marine fridge with freezer unit, and lots of storage for food and utensils. The boat is fitted with a electric wall heater and hot water is supplied by the Propex electric water heater.
As well as the slip resistant forward decking area there is a small decking area at the stern for the LPG gas bottles and access to the marine toilet cassette.

History & Construction This MX24 Glampboat is currently in construction by Marine Living UK and will be available in May 2023. The catamaran chassis is made up of an aluminium pontoon frame with strong polyethylene pontoons consisting of 2 x bow, 2 x stern and 14 mid-floats with EPS Foam.
The exterior of the Glampboat has composite cladding and UPVC double glazed French doors and a porthole. The Glampboat is insulated with 50mm Actis hybrid insulation. The forward and aft decks are cover in a slip-resistant teak looking composite.
