Accommodation :
The LM30 offers a well-planned and comfortable accommodation for up to five people, combining Scandinavian craftsmanship with a practical layout ideal for both coastal cruising and extended stays aboard.
Wheelhouse / Saloon:
The bright, spacious wheelhouse features large windows providing excellent visibility and ventilation. There is a comfortable helm position to starboard with full engine controls and instrumentation, and a settee to port that converts to a single berth. The aft sliding door opens to the cockpit for easy access. There cockpit has fitted cushions and a retractable cockpit table and good storage lockers.
Main Cabin:
Forward of the wheelhouse, the main saloon offers a U-shaped dinette to starboard with a folding table that converts into a generous double berth. Opposite helm position on the port is the well-equipped galley, fitted with a stainless-steel sink, two-burner gas hob, oven and grill, ample stowage, anda 12v refrigerator
Forecabin:
In the bow is a comfortable V-berth that can be used as two singles or converted to a double with an infill cushion. Storage is provided beneath the berths and in overhead lockers.
Heads:
To port, adjacent to the forecabin, is an enclosed heads compartment fitted with a marine toilet, washbasin, and shower facility with pressurised hot and cold water. Hot water is provided by the engine via a calorifer tank and a 240v immerson heater.
Interior Finish:
The interior showcases traditional Danish joinery in rich mahogany, complemented by light upholstery and practical teak-and-holly flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. This is enhanced by the Volvo Flymotor heating systems. There is also a Radio/CD Player to speakers.

Built in 1987 this LM30 has a white GRP hull and decks with non-slip surfaces. It has a teak deck in the aft cockpit area. Wheel steering in the wheelhouse and tiller steering in the cockpit. Stainless steel stanchions, pulpit. Glass windscreen with black bonded surround. Self-draining cockpit. Last out of the water April 2025 when she was antifouled, hull polished, and anodes changed. Owners are selling as they are retiring from sailing.

Sails and Spars:
This LM 30 has a Bermudan sloop, masthead deck stepped rig with an aluminium John Mast, mast and boom. It is fitted with an aluminium spinnaker pole and an adjustable backstay. It has an in-boom roller mainsail and furling headsail with a Profurl headsail furling system. The standing rigging was replaced in 2025. The Running rigging has been replaced as and when required.

Mechanical Systems:
This LM30 has a single Volvo Penta 2003, 28HP 3-cylinder diesel engine with saildrive to a 3-bladed fixed prop with a rope cutter. The engine has indirect cooling via a heat exchanger. The engine has completed a total of 2400 hours as of 17th October 2025. The saildrive gaitor was last changed in March 2021. The engine was last professionally serviced in September 2024. There is a 200-litre plastic fuel tank. She will cruise at a speed of 5 knots with a maximum speed of approximately 7 knots.
Electrical Systems:
3 x 12-volt 100AH batteries (1 x engine + 1 x domestic and 1 x anchor windlass batteries), all new in 2023, charging from alternator and via 240v shore power system with ring main, immersion heater and battery charger.
