BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, crafted by South African builders Robertson & Caine, showcases a modern design developed by naval architects Simonis and Voogd alongside the Robertson & Caine design team. This model maintains the speed, agility, and blue-water performance of its predecessors while featuring enhancements such as increased hull volume and a unique interior layout. The galley is positioned forward, complemented by a forward-facing settee, a window, and an access door to the forward platform. This design allows for panoramic views through large sliding glass doors that connect the saloon and the aft cockpit, fostering seamless communication for guests and an open flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
BROKERS REMARKS: MIMOSA is the youngest model available and one of the last with no hurricane history due to her age. This yacht features a 4 cabin, 2 head layout of the popular 40 model, with an altered version that includes walk-around aft cabins. It has a lighter Ash interior, air conditioning, a generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a walk-through forward door. Engine hours are lower than usual due to the slow Covid times.
AVAILABILITY:This yacht is currently in the fleet until 31st August 2024. After being released from the fleet, the yacht will proceed to St Lucia for phase-out and closing.
