This Lagoon 450 Fly bridge owner’s version is very well equipped, very well maintained and has only been privately used. With the Lagoon 450F it’s all about space and comfort. There are plenty of zones on the catamaran to unwind. The ample cockpit aft comprises a wraparound settee and dining table to port, and a large lounge sofa to starboard. There is also an induction hob for outdoor cooking and a fridge to have all your refreshments within arm’s reach. The fly bridge helm station gives you amazing visibility and great views when you are out sailing. There’s a second cockpit/lounge area forward of the cabin house. She is very well equipped with two 54hp saildrive diesel engines, generator, water maker, electric winches, life raft, dinghy with outboard engine, rear view camera, and stainless-steel davits. Further to that, a complete Raymarine navigation package including SmartController, radar and AIS.

When the sliding cockpit doors are open, there´s virtually no separation between the interior saloon and the exterior living area. The salon is spacious, comfortable, light, and airy. This Lagoon 450F is fitted out with all comforts like; air conditioning throughout, heating throughout, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and leather upholstery. The owners’ stateroom spans the complete starboard hull and features a wide berth aft, a desk, a small sofa, and a large ensuite bathroom with separate shower. The port hull has one comfortable guest cabin aft with an ensuite bathroom with separate shower. The forward cabin has been converted into an office. This conversion is very well done. In fact, it’s indistinguishable from the rest of the interior. This office can easily be converted back to a double bed. Auf dem Katamaran gibt es viele Zonen zum Entspannen. Das geräumige Cockpit achtern verfügt über einer Sitzgruppe und einem Cockpittisch an Backbord und eine große Liege an Steuerbord. Weiter gibt es ein Induktionskochfeld für das Kochen im Freien und einen Kühlschrank, um alle Getränke im Griffweite zu haben. Beim Steuerstand auf der Flybridge laufen alle Funktionen zum Segeln zusammen und hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Vorne gibt es auch noch eine bequeme Sitzgruppe. Diese Fahrtenkat ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit zwei 54 PS starken Dieselmotoren, Generator, Wassermacher, elektrischen Winden, Rettungsinsel, Beiboot mit Außenbordmotor, Rückfahrkamera und Edelstahldavits. Ook is er een inductiekookplaat om buiten te koken en een koelkast om al je drankjes binnen handbereik te hebben. Verder is er een tweede cockpit/lounge zone op het voordek. En dan is er natuurlijk nog de stuurstand op de flybridge die je een geweldig uitzicht biedt tijdens het zeilen. Ze is zeer goed uitgerust met twee 54pk saildrive dieselmotoren, generator, watermaker, elektrische lieren, reddingsvlot, bijboot met buitenboordmotor, achteruitkijkcamera en roestvrijstalen davits. Als de schuifdeuren van de cockpit openstaan, is er vrijwel geen scheiding tussen de leefruimtes buiten en binnen te bemerken.
