Ready for the season – “Castaway” is a well looked after 2006 Jeanneau Sun 2500 that’s been extensively upgraded and maintained over the last 5 years. She is an excellent choice for starting out in yacht sailing, a fantastic boat to learn on, very forgiving, easy to handle and performs well under sail. Ideal for single-handed sailing or enjoyed with crew or family adventures around the Channel Islands.
She has a lifting centreboard operated by a line into the cockpit and she only draws 0.7 metres with the keel up, giving extended marina gate entry and exit times. She can dry out without legs, using her twin rudders.
