Hull
Solid laminate hand laid GRP hull. Fore and aft GRP stringers running from bow to stern with lateral GRP bearers to form a matrix supporting the mast foot and keel. The hull is finished in a white gelcoat with navy blue waterline and navy blue cavita line with Sun Odyssey 45.2 inset towards aft end.
Deck, Cockpit and Superstructure
GRP deck & superstructure with end grain balsa sandwich for improved stiffness and insulation against heat and noise. Solid pads are located beneath all principle deck fittings. The deck is covered with antiskid paint (Coltech, Gripelast) and the cockpit sole, cockpit seating and bathing platform are teak laid.
