Perfectly sized at 33'6" in length with a 14' beam, it fits comfortably into a standard-sized dock slip, a convenience often unavailable to larger catamarans.

Located in the idyllic waters around Marco Island, Florida, She has delighted her current owners with many memorable day cruises, complemented by extended adventures to vibrant destinations such as Key West and Naples. Her thoughtful design ensures easy handling, while retractable dagger boards and kick-up rudders allow exploration of shallow waters less than two feet deep, greatly expanding cruising possibilities.

Her spacious cockpit, complete with comfortable wheel steering, is ideal for leisurely afternoon picnics or sunset gatherings. Ascend the aft steps to find ample seating and a welcoming layout perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Moving forward, the sturdy foredeck provides security with stainless steel pulpits and lifelines that border the bow and narrower side decks.

Despite her generous accommodations, her lightweight construction--only around 8,000 pounds displacement--allows for efficient and swift sailing. The manageable weight also simplifies anchoring, requiring lighter ground tackle than heavier vessels. Notably, the Gemini is designed to sail comfortably and safely, with heeling angles above seven degrees indicating when to reef the sails easily.

The interior is seamlessly accessible from the cockpit, impresses with its smart layout and cozy comforts. The salon features a large table comfortably seating four guests, expanding to accommodate eight for sociable dining or game nights. Descend just a few steps from the salon to find the thoughtfully arranged galley with ample dry goods storage. The original propane-driven refrigerator, operating quietly on ammonia-cycle technology rather than a compressor, has been removed, but space remains to replace it.

She boasts inviting sleeping quarters, including two cozy aft berths located in each hull. The spacious master cabin, positioned forward in the starboard hull, features a queen-sized bed perfect for restful nights after a day on the water. Adjacent to the salon and forward to port lies a convenient head with a shower, serviced by a propane-powered instant hot water heater, ensuring comfort even on longer journeys with its dual 30-gallon freshwater tanks.

One of the most advantageous features is her adjustable cable-driven, hand-cranked centerboards, neatly stowed within hull trunks. These versatile boards provide customizable draft management from minimal depth for shallow cruising to three feet down for optimal sailing performance, particularly upwind. With the rudders similarly adaptable, the Gemini 105MC's versatility is unmatched in varying sailing conditions.

Powering her when wind conditions require assistance is a reliable 27 HP Westerbeke diesel engine coupled to a Sillette tilting saildrive. With regular and attentive maintenance, this efficient propulsion system ensures dependable operation, enhancing your cruising enjoyment and peace of mind.

Whether you're exploring tranquil coastal waters, embarking on adventurous excursions, or simply enjoying leisurely days at anchor, this catamaran represents an extraordinary opportunity to own a well-crafted sailing catamaran that's easy to handle, spacious, and ready to deliver endless sailing pleasure.
