This Dehler 29 has been very well maintained by her current owner and is in great condition throughout. The Dehler 29 is an excellent all-rounder and is the outstanding sports cruiser in her size. She is fast, manoeuvrable, light to handle and an absolute pleasure to sail. She is easily sailed single or short-handed, all her lines lead back to the cockpit, she has a furling genoa and autohelm.

Mechanical & Electrical Systems
Located behind the companionway stairs is the Yanmar 2GM20F marine diesel engine. 18hp, 3 cylinders, freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Single lever control. Yanmar Saidrive (new 2012) to a 2 bladed flexofold propeller (new 2013). Electric start. Approximately 30 litre fuel tank. Regularly serviced. New water pump and some hoses replaced in Spring 2024.
12 volt domestic battery. 12 volt engine start battery. Alternator charging. 240 volt shorepower system with outlets. Battery charger.
Mast, Rigging & Contruction
Fractionally rigged Bermudan sloop. Deckstepped alloy mast and boom. Stainless steel discontinuous rod rigging (2013). Removeable bow sprit. Spinnaker pole. Harken headsail furler. All lines led aft. Slab reefing mainsail with single line reefing. Laxyjacks & stackpack. Adjustable dyneema backstay (24:1). Rod kicker. Two Lewmar ST30 sheet winches. Two Lewmar ST16 halyard winches. Built by Dehler Yachts in 2001 to a design of Judel/Vrolijk & co. Dark blue GRP hull. Hull epoxied below the waterline in 2013. White GRP decks & superstructure with moulded non-slip decks. Cat iron fin keel with a lead bulb. Tiller steering to a spade hung rudder. Last ashore in March 2024 when anodes and antifouling was done.
