The early 60s Cheverton Caravel 24 is a charming classic pocket cruiser that was built by Cheverton Ltd This example has been lovingly restored over the past number of years. The interior is nearly finished and quite clean indeed. The boasts a newly replaced Yanmar engine, new sails, and new roller reefing. Currently safely covered up so all of the hard work in not gone to waste. The main photo shown is of a different Caravel.

Accommodation

Offering 4 berths a traditional layout. V berth up forward, with stowage under. Full width heads compartment and large hanging locker. Two single settee berths in the saloon with two small fold-out tables over each berth. Space for a chart table and galley area in both quarters. Grey patterned upholstery throughout.

Mechanical Systems

Located behind the companionway, is the Yanmar 1GM10 marine diesel engine. Single cylinder, 10hp, naturally aspirated. Single lever controls. Electric start. Shaft drive. Seawater cooled.
