A true globetrotter,The Stadtship 70 "Red Rooster", build by K&M Yachtbuilders, is a true unique piece.The design brief was simple: Build me a yacht that offers good sailing performance while being a comfortable passage maker. She should have a spacious interior, a separate accommodation for a crew of two and a considerable number of berths for guests. She is custom built with much input from the owner, an experienced yachtsman. A remarkable feature of this yacht is an extensive pneumatic system for operating: bow thruster, fuel system, waste system, cockpit table, pneumatic tools, bowsprit, transom door, water pressure system and an "airbag system" to keep her a float incase of a collision. Her powerfull carbon mast & boom, in combination with the watertanks which can be used as water ballast, are a guarantee for excellent performance! She offers 4 cabins, 4 bathrooms, a spacious saloon and a very well equiped kitchen. "Red Rooster" has a proven track record in the northern hemispheres and as well in warmer climates like the Med and the Azores. She is in an impeccable condition and absolututly worth a visit! 

Van de Stadt designed a relatively narrow and light yacht with a long waterline, a relative flat underwater hull with a lead-ballasted bulb keel (2.90 m) and water ballast tanks (2 x 1500 ltr.). These specifications, enhanced by a generous sail area of 230 m2 and a carbon mast and Park Avenue boom, make for a fast sailing yacht. The two cockpits are a distinctive feature on this yacht's deck. The "working cockpit" contains the steering wheel and the winches, halyards and sheets to sail the yacht. The other cockpit offers space to sit wellprotected under the doghouse, enjoy the sailing and is foreseen of a pneumatic lifting table. All halyards are led aft below the deck from the mast to the working cockpit. The dinghy, with a length of 2.75 m, is stored in the garage, behind the bathing platform in the transom.

The yacht has accommodation for eight in four staterooms with three bathrooms. The owner's stateroom features an ensuite bathroom with a bath and bidet. There is a separate engineering area. The furniture is made from light, maintenance-free and scratch-resistant artificial material combined with mahogany. The kitchen is set up for use at sea and has a dishwasser.

The pneumatic system is completely serviced in december 2022. 12V circuit for navigation instruments & 24V for other users. The shore power circuit is foreseen of 3(!) isolation transformers. She has a fixed hydrogenerator from "Watt & Sea" under the hull. There are two air compressors on board (for redundancy reasons).  The fuel day tank is pneumaticly fed plus emergency handpump, also to secure redundancy. Seperate water generator on propellor shaft.

The rig is checked and overhauled in winter 2018/2019; the mast & boom are resprayed and the rod rigging is replaced. All halyards are led back to the cockpit. And via "cross-sheeting" blocks & stoppers can be operated from the 4 elec. winches. There is a hydraulic system to tension the backstay, boomvang, outhaul and the cutterstay. Pneumatic operated & extendable carbon bowsprit for gennaker.

The artificial decking is replaced to Marron Ecodeck in 2018, the cockpit is table recessed into the floor, on a pneumatic operated lift. She has a shower on the stern and an airpressure connection in the garage to inflate the dinghy and other water tools.

Built-in anti-sinking system, with 40 airbags in the roof below the deck that are inflated with air when the yacht sinks. This ensures that she stays afloat in case of a collision. She is also equiped with an emenrgency rudder. This is stored down below and can be mount on the stern in case of a break down. Das Stadtship 70 "Red Rooster", gebaut von K&M Yachtbuilders, ist ein echtes Unikat: Der Entwurfsauftrag war einfach: Ich wollte eine Yacht bauen, die gute Segeleigenschaften bietet und gleichzeitig ein komfortabler Segler ist. Sie sollte ein geräumiges Interieur haben, eine separate Unterkunft für eine zweiköpfige Crew und eine beträchtliche Anzahl von Kojen für Gäste. Sie wurde nach Maß gebaut, wobei der Eigner, ein erfahrener Segler, viel dazu beigetragen hat. Ein bemerkenswertes Merkmal dieser Yacht ist ein umfangreiches pneumatisches System für den Betrieb: Bugstrahlruder, Kraftstoffsystem, Abwassersystem, Cockpittisch, pneumatische Werkzeuge, Bugspriet, Heckklappe, Wasserdrucksystem und ein "Airbag-System", um sie im Falle einer Kollision schwimmfähig zu halten. Der leistungsstarke Karbonmast und -baum in Kombination mit den Wassertanks, die als Wasserballast verwendet werden können, sind eine Garantie für hervorragende Leistungen! Sie bietet 4 Kabinen, 4 Bäder, einen geräumigen Salon und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. "Red Rooster" hat sich in den nördlichen Hemisphären und auch in wärmeren Klimazonen wie dem Mittelmeer und den Azoren bewährt. Sie befindet sich in einem tadellosen Zustand und ist absolut einen Besuch wert! Die Übergabe kann im Juli 2023 erfolgen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dies eine vorläufige Broschüre ist!

Die Yacht bietet Unterkunft für acht Personen in vier Kabinen mit drei Bädern. Die Eignerkabine verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Bidet. Es gibt einen separaten Technikraum. Die Möbel sind aus leichtem, wartungsfreiem und kratzfestem Kunststoff in Kombination mit Mahagoni gefertigt. Die Küche ist für den Einsatz auf See eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler.

Das pneumatische System wird im Dezember 2022 komplett gewartet. 12V Stromkreis für Navigationsinstrumente & 24V für andere Benutzer. Der Landstromkreis ist mit 3(!) Trenntransformatoren versehen. Das Schiff hat einen festen Hydrogenerator von "Watt & Sea" unter dem Rumpf. Es befinden sich zwei Luftkompressoren an Bord (aus Redundanzgründen).

Das Rigg wird im Winter 2018/2019 überprüft und überholt, Mast und Baum werden neu lackiert. Die Takelage wird erneuert. Alle Fallen werden ins Cockpit zurückgeführt. Und über "Cross-Sheeting" können Blöcke & Stopper von den 4 elektrischen Winschen bedient werden. Achterstag, Baumniederholer, Ausholer und Kutterstag werden hydraulisch gespannt. Der künstliche Deckbelag wurde 2018 durch marron ecodeck ersetzt, das Cockpit ist ein in den Boden eingelassener Tisch, der pneumatisch angehoben wird. Sie hat eine Dusche auf dem Heck und einen Luftdruckanschluss in der Garage, um das Beiboot und andere Wassergeräte aufzublasen.

Eingebautes Anti-Sink-System mit 40 Airbags im Dach unter dem Deck, die mit Luft aufgeblasen werden, wenn die Yacht sinkt. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass sie im Falle einer Kollision über Wasser bleibt. Sie ist außerdem mit einem Notruder ausgestattet. Dieses wird unter Deck gelagert und kann im Falle einer Panne am Heck montiert werden.

Le Stadtship 70 "Red Rooster", construit par K&M Yachtbuilders, est une véritable pièce unique, dont le cahier des charges était simple : Le cahier des charges était simple : construire un yacht qui offre de bonnes performances de navigation tout en étant un bateau de passage confortable. Il devait avoir un intérieur spacieux, un logement séparé pour un équipage de deux personnes et un nombre considérable de couchettes pour les invités. Il a été construit sur mesure avec l'aide du propriétaire, un navigateur expérimenté. Une caractéristique remarquable de ce yacht est un système pneumatique étendu pour le fonctionnement du propulseur d'étrave, du système de carburant, du système d'évacuation, de la table de cockpit, des outils pneumatiques, du bout-dehors, de la porte du tableau arrière, du système de pression d'eau et d'un système d'airbag pour le maintenir à flot en cas de collision. Son puissant mât et sa bôme en carbone, combinés aux réservoirs d'eau qui peuvent être utilisés comme ballasts, sont la garantie d'excellentes performances ! Il offre 4 cabines, 4 salles de bain, un salon spacieux et une cuisine très bien équipée. "Red Rooster" a fait ses preuves dans l'hémisphère nord et aussi dans des climats plus chauds comme la Méditerranée et les Açores. Il est dans un état impeccable et mérite absolument une visite ! Les deux cockpits sont une caractéristique distinctive du pont de ce yacht. Le "cockpit de travail" contient la roue de gouvernail et les treuils, les drisses et les écoutes pour faire naviguer le yacht. L'autre cockpit offre un espace pour s'asseoir bien protégé sous la niche, profiter de la navigation et est prévu d'une table élévatrice pneumatique. Toutes les drisses sont conduites à l'arrière sous le pont, du mât au cockpit de travail. L'annexe, d'une longueur de 2,75 m, est stockée dans le garage, derrière la plateforme de bain dans le tableau arrière.

Le yacht peut accueillir huit personnes dans quatre cabines avec trois salles de bain. La cabine du propriétaire dispose d'une salle de bain attenante avec une baignoire et un bidet. Il y a une zone technique séparée. Le mobilier est fabriqué en matériau artificiel léger, sans entretien et résistant aux rayures, combiné à de l'acajou. La cuisine est aménagée pour une utilisation en mer et dispose d'un lave-vaisselle.

Le système pneumatique est entièrement révisé en décembre 2022. Circuit 12V pour les instruments de navigation et 24V pour les autres utilisateurs. Le circuit d'alimentation à quai est prévu de 3( !) transformateurs d'isolation. Il a un hydrogénérateur fixe de "Watt & Sea" sous la coque. Il y a deux compresseurs d'air à bord (pour des raisons de redondance).

Le gréement est vérifié et surhalé en hiver 2018/2019 ; le mât et la bôme sont repeints. Le gréement de rod est remplacé. Toutes les drisses sont ramenées au cockpit. Et par le biais de "cross-sheeting" les blocs & stoppeurs peuvent être actionnés depuis les 4 winchs élec. Il y a un système hydraulique pour tendre le pataras, le halebas, le palan et le hauban. Bout-dehors pneumatique en carbone extensible pour gennaker.

Le pontage artificiel est remplacé par de l'ecodeck marron en 2018, le cockpit est une table encastrée dans le plancher, sur un ascenseur pneumatique. Il y a une douche à l'arrière et un raccord d'air comprimé dans le garage pour gonfler l'annexe et autres outils nautiques.
