Personal recommendation

I caught the sailing bug at the age of 12. It was on a week’s course, organised by my school, at Staffordshire Schools Sailing Centre on Chasewater Reservoir. Since then, I have sailed many classes of dinghy and yachts both inland, on the South Coast and around the Canary Islands.
I now have a 32ft Sailing Cruiser based at Southsea Marina. Having used other marinas along the South Coast, I have found that Southsea best suits my needs. It is quiet and has a warm friendly atmosphere. This comes from the marina staff and other berth holders.
The onsite restaurants and bars serve quality food with great value for money. Also, the yacht services at the marina are knowledgeable, helpful and good value.
Small and friendly, with a comprehensive range of facilities and onsite specialists, Southsea Marina makes the perfect home berth.
