Hallberg-Rassy 312 delivered from the factory in 1984! Nice sailboat/motorsailer - nice interior, cockpit and hull. The engine is a 28 HP 3 cylinder Volvo Penta which has run 20 hours after an oil change. Fuel and oil filter are included.
