This Beneteau Oceanis 31 is the lifting keel with twin rudder version. This boat has been under used in the past few years and is in need of a number of repairs and renewals. Accommodation

Cast iron lift keel with worm drive mechanism. Sliding companionway hatch. Lifting transom seat to sugar scoop transom. Teak to cockpit seats, cockpit floor and transom. Self draining cockpit, anchor well and gas bottle locker. Stainless steel safety rails and guard wires.
