L'Antaris 825, noto come "Marissa", è un classico sloop olandese situato a Wargrave, nel Regno Unito. Con una lunghezza complessiva di 8,50 metri e una larghezza di 3,25 metri, questo modello del 2008 è stato sottoposto a numerosi aggiornamenti da quando è stato portato nel Regno Unito nel 2014. Caratteristiche degne di nota includono un generatore quasi nuovo installato nel 2021, parti in legno esterne appena verniciate a partire dall'inverno 2023, e moderni ausili alla navigazione come eliche di prua e di poppa e un ecoscandaglio Garmin. I servizi aggiuntivi includono un motore Vetus da 80 CV, pavimento in teak, tettoia completa, sistema di riscaldamento autonomo e varie dotazioni di sicurezza. La barca è stata ben mantenuta, con antivegetativa e tagliando motore previsto per la primavera del 2024.
Marissa is a Dutch Antaris 825 knotter. She was commissioned and launch in April 2008, and was originally bought by a Dutch owner. The boat was then bought to the UK in August 2014 and has since had extensive works completed. A new generator was professionally fitted in 2021 and has been used for less than 10 hours so is "as new".
During the winter of 2023, the exterior woodwork was taken back to bare wood and completely re varnished again giving the exterior and "as new" appearance.
With her classic "sloop" look and rope fendering she provides a timeless look with a number of mod cons. She has been fitted with both bow and stern thrusters and a Garmin depth sounder which makes navigating the river ways very easy.
