For sale is a second-hand HOC 33p Explorer built in 2016 and launched in 2017 in technically and optically very good condition (new price 380.000 € incl. VAT). This is a Swedish yacht, which is now being further built by the well-known Danish sailing yacht brand X-Yachts as a X-Power 33 in the open version.

One of the special features is the Petestep hull, which generates less friction and side spray thanks to special deflectors rising from the keel to the ridges. Therefore fuel consumption is significantly lower. With cruising speeds at 27 to 34 knots only 1.4 liters of diesel are consumed per nautical mile. In addition, the Petestep hull means that the yacht is significantly quieter and more comfortable when riding through waves.

Since 2021 the yacht has only been sailed in fresh water on the Rhine and Moselle. All services were carried out annually by the boat dealer Boote Polch, which specializes in Swedish yachts. Engine service and antifouling will be carried out before handover of the yacht. “Hideaway” is ready for the 2024 season and is available for a test drive in Rüdesheim am Rhein.

The HOC 33p Explorer offers pure driving pleasure: top speed is 40 knots. The range of uses is wide: It is suitable as a perfect commuter or all-weather yacht and, thanks to the saloon table that can be converted into an additional bed, not only for extended holidays for couples, but also as a weekender for families.

Zum Verkauf steht eine im Jahr 2016 gebaute und in 2017 erstgewasserte HOC 33p Explorer aus zweiter Hand in einem technisch wie optisch sehr guten Zustand. Es handelt sich um eine schwedische Yacht, die mittlerweile von der dänischen Segelyachtmarke X-Yachts als X-Power 33 in der offenen Cruiser Version weitergebaut wird.

Eine der Besonderheiten ist der Petestep-Rumpf, der durch spezielle vom Kiel zu den Kimmkanten ansteigende Deflektoren weniger Reibung und seitliche Gischt erzeugt und damit deutlich weniger Treibstoff benötigt. Bei Marschfahrt von 27 bis 34 Knoten werden nur 1,4 Liter Diesel auf die Seemeile verbraucht. Zudem bewirkt der Petestep-Rumpf, dass die Yacht deutlich leiser und der Komfort bei Fahrt durch Wellen größer ist.

Die Yacht wurde seit 2021 nur im Süßwasser auf Rhein und Mosel gefahren. Alle Services wurden jährlich durch den auf schwedische Yachten spezialisierten Bootshändler Boote Polch ausgeführt. Motorservice und Antifouling werden vor Übergabe der Yacht durchgeführt. „Hideaway“ ist damit bereit für die Saison 2024 und steht für eine Probefahrt in Rüdesheim am Rhein bereit.

Die HOC 33p Explorer bietet Fahrspaß pur: top Speed sind 40 Knoten. Die Bandbreite für den Einsatz ist groß: Sie eignet sich als perfekter Commuter bzw.
