Summary

A shining example of a cruiser-racer, this X-Yachts X-332 'Elixir' is now up for sale as its current owners retire from sailing. Having only had one owner since its manufacture in 2001, 'Elixir' has seen little use over the past decade, making it a sought-after choice for boat enthusiasts. Primarily cruised and raced on the East Coast with occasional expeditions to Cowes Week and X-332 events, the boat boasts new rod rigging from 2018. Future owners can enjoy six berths across three cabins, including saloon, alongside a well-appointed galley, shower-equipped heads compartment and diesel-fired central heating. Built by X-Yachts A/S, Denmark, 'Elixir' dons a white foam-cored GRP hull with blue broad waterline stripes, an alloy rudder stock with low friction needle bearings for efficient steering, and six spacious cockpit lockers for ample storage. With an 18hp marine diesel engine that has been serviced professionally each year, this X-332 offers reliable performance and an approximate cruising speed of six knots. Whether for leisurely cruises or thrilling races, 'Elixir' promises to deliver an exceptional sailing experience.
