Pershing 80 in good general shape, with permanent crew on board, only private use and during the winter season always drydocked and stored inside the hangar.

During the last 3-4 years the boat went under a massive refit, as indicated below in detail:
In 2018/2019:
- SeaRex system overhauling; - 3xRamacciotti engine room blowers;
- all pumps have been replaced and/or overhauled;
- new Furuno electronic equipment (radar & plotter multifunction);
- new galley appliances & new MTU throttles;
- hydraulic gangway full overhauling; - new raiser, batterycharger & TV SAT system.
In 2020/2021:
- full repainting from the saddle tank to the top, including the swimming platform & aft;
- new 345 Williams TurboJet; - new outside upholstery (bow and aft sunbed in sunbrella + coverings), awnings and bimini;
- it has been installed by ZF a specific "flushing separator filter" for the Searex Surface Drive;
- new fenders, new inside carpet & - new cockpit refrigerator.
In 2021/2022:
- sat decoders and smart Tv replacement;
- new professional WIFI system with router;
- water maker full overhauling;
- engines valves check; - hydraulic system full overhauling (steering, bow thruster line, swimming platform, ladder, hangar, trims);
- new silicon antifouling.
In 2022/2023:
- service + engines batteries replacement & new outiside upholstery and saloon sofa.
ACCOMODATION
UPPER DECK:
very large living room with Frau U-shaped leather sofa, coffee table, a bar with Vitrifrigo wine cooler and a refrigerator, a retractable 49’’ LG internet Tv + Bose sound system PM425 + Sky HD decoder + cordless Gigaset; electric curtains and sliding door;
Forward is the lunch table and the helm with 3 electric Besenzoni seats (Poltrona Frau) and 2 electric side doors.
AFT LOWER DECK:
crew quarter including the galley with Bosch induction stove, new corian work top, Miele combi oven, LG refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, CCTV system display, LG Tv + cd/mp3 player + Gigaset cordless, HD decoder, dishwasher and washing/dryer machine Beko/Samsung, schock freezer;
Service dinette + Captain cabin + twin crew cabin with their facilities.
From the crew quarter there is a direct access to the engine room.

Pershing 80 in ottime condizioni generali, con equipaggio a bordo tutto l’anno, solo uso privato e durante il periodo invernale sempre rimessata in cantiere.

Leasing italiano in corso (iva agevolata) con Sella Leasing con debito residuo a novembre 2023 di 346mila euro con scadenza ad Aprile 2029.
Durante gli ultimi 3-4 anni è stato effettuato un refitting generale, come di seguito indicato in dettaglio:
Nel 2018/2019:
- revisione generale impianto SeaRex;
- ricubatura ariazione sala macchine con installazione 3 blowers Ramacciotti;
- tutte le pompe sono a doppio e revisionate o sostituite;
- nuova elettronica Furuno (multifunction radar & plotter);
- sostituzione elettrodomestici cucina;
- revisione passerella idraulica;
– nuove manette MTU e nuovo impianto TV SAT;
- sostituzione raiser e caricabatterie.
Nel 2020/2021:
- riverniciatura completa a partire dal bottazzo (specchio di poppa, pozzetto, pedana di poppa, tuga e HT (di colore nero);
- nuovo Williams TurboJet 345;
- rifacimento di tutta le tappezzerie esterna (cuscineria in sunbrella + coperture, tendalini, oscuranti) e della moquette interna;
- installazione di una pompa con filtro per il flussaggio dell'olio idraulico per tutto l'impianto Searex;
- sostituzione parabordi & frigobar pozzetto in acciaio.
Nel 2021/2022:
- upgrade impianto TV (sostituzione di tutte le tv con modello smart e sostituzione sat decoders);
- revisione di tutto l'impianto idraulico (idroguida, linea bow thruster, pistoni garage/pedana, trim, sensori);
- ripristino impianto autopilota con interfaccia searex (autotrim);
- revisione generale dissalatore (sost. membrane, pompa alta e bassa pressione, raccorderia e tubazioni);
- registrazione gioco valvole motori;
applicazione antivegetativa al silicone.
Nel 2022/2023:
- sostituzione batterie servizi + motori e rifacimento tappezzerie esterne e divano salone.
INTERNI
PONTE PRINCIPALE:
soggiorno molto ampio con divano in pelle Frau ad “U”, tavolino, angolo bar con frigobar, TV LG smart led a scomparsa da 49'' con un Bose Sound System PM425 + decoder Sky HD + cordless Gigaset, tende elettriche e porta principale scorrevole;
Plancia comandi con 3 sedili Besenzoni elettrici in pelle, cruscotto e porte laterali elettriche.
PONTE INFERIORE DI POPPA:
zona equipaggio comprendente la cucina con piano cottura a induzione Bosch, forno combinato Miele, frigorifero Samsung con congelatore ed icemaker, dinette servizio con sistema tvcc, Tv LG smart + lettore cd / mp3 + cordless Gigaset + Sky decoder, lavastoviglie e lavasciuga

Cabina Comandante + cabina equipaggio doppia ed un bagno;
