Beautiful and well maintained NORDSHIP 35 – designed by Elvstrøm and Kjærulf, built by Buchwald, which ensures good sailing characteristics and build quality. The boat is built according to Norwegian Veritas specifications with white hull and superstructure, decorative stripes and blue waterline. The hull and superstructure are in hand-laid fiberglass.
This Nordship 35 is in a nice, well-maintained condition both inside and out, and it is continuously maintained. The boat has continuously received various updates, i.a. electronics, gas lines/oven, cushions, all falls in the mast, hoses, skylight hatches and much more have been replaced. The teak deck has been renovated and the keel has been sanded down and new primer has been applied. A large part of the mahogany trim around the shelter has been sanded down and newly varnished.
Nordship 35 is equipped for a comfortable and safe stay on board - in all kinds of weather. The large central cockpit provides good protection from weather and wind - and this is where outdoor life can be enjoyed. The cockpit has teak on the seats and a teak grille on the door. From the cockpit there is access to both the aft cabin and the main cabin/saloon.
Under deck, the salon is furnished with a longitudinal sofa arrangement in BB and U-sofa in SB, large salon table, where there is plenty of space for 6-8 dining guests. On the descent from the cockpit in SB, there is a pantry with sink, pressure water, cold and hot water, double gas burner, fridge, 220 V power outlet, as well as various cupboards and drawers.
Navigation table is found in BB. From the salon, you can go directly out to the forward cabin, which contains a large double berth and storage space. From the cockpit there is access to the large aft cabin with 2 single berths with associated storage space. Toilet rooms are located at the bottom of BB.
The boat has plenty of stowage space everywhere in the form of wardrobes, shelves and drawers.
The boat is delivered completely ready to sail, polished, bottom painted and launched ready for a new skipper.
