Although production is currently focused on D1295 & 1495 models we are reluctant to give up one of our all time favourite boats. The 1195 in its legacy format is very well suited to those who are keen to own a Dazcat completed with their own finishing touches in their own way, which is why it’s currently available as a ‘structurally complete hull’. That is, we build the structure and you finish it. Find out more about 1195 'structurally complete hulls' and how the process works on our website. We can build to various stages of completion from bare hulls to seaworthy boat. Please ask for prices
The D1195 cruising catamaran was developed from the
successful D1150, to take its attributes of easy handling
and exceptional performance and add headroom in the saloon; aiming
her more at performance cruising than stripped down
racing. The benefits of a light boat are the reduction of
rig size, loads, and wear and tear on lines and gear. It
is also better for the helm and crew, as reduced sheet
and halyard loads make the boat easier to control.
