TOKI, the SEASPRAY 26, is a vessel of historical significance. Constructed by Priors of Burnham on Crouch, she embarked on her maiden voyage in April 1953, marking the beginning of her storied journey. After a period of inactivity on land, TOKI underwent a comprehensive restoration in 1995, ensuring her seaworthiness. Guided by her Isle of Wight owner, she explored various waters, including the Solent, Pool & Chichester, and successfully completed channel crossings. In 2000, she earned the Renaissance Trophy for Classic yachts in the Round the Island race.
Changing hands over time, TOKI became part of my ownership in 2012, awaiting her next phase. Following thorough re-caulking and a dry dock stay at Port de Légué in Saint Brieuc, she re-entered the waters in July 2015, ready for new adventures. TOKI exemplifies the enduring Buchanan Sea Spray design, rooted in tradition and craftsmanship. Her cabins, accommodating up to 4 individuals, are open for exploration in Port de Légué, Brittany. Come aboard and appreciate the charm of this timeless classic.
